I love this Leatherman. They've stripped it down to the most important features you are likely to want - pliers, wire cutter, blade, bit driver, bottle opener - and a carabiner, so that it can easily be clipped onto something. It's a perfect balance between a knife and a multitool - having neither too much nor too little.
